    I'm FED-UP!!!
...for always being swayed to the side to give way to passing LEOs and "unmarked" vehicles with WANG WANG
Kanina, while traversing southbound the heavy-trafficked SLEX- was thinking very hard:
    1. why bike riding uniformed LEO's are allowed to be escorts of SOBs. WE PAY THEIR SALARIES to be escorts? Securities, close-in or not, are provided by PSPO and when assigned to a BIG-SHOT-TRAPO, usually drives/stays in back-up vehicle(s). They already have close-in securities, why the escorts pa? WHY ARE THEY ALWAYS IN-A-HURRY? SECURITY REASONS? Even on sundays. Do they have sessions on sundays?

    2. why do lots of vehicles now bear WANG WANG?
Correct me if I'm wrong. The only ones, AGAIN, THE ONLY ONES, allowed to have and use WANG WANG are: President, Vice President, Senate President, Speaker of the House, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, MARKED POLICE VEHICLES & AMBULANCES

Why the heck even private vehicles swerve thoroughfares with WANG WANG?

Minsan sa sobra inis ko may nilabanan ako sa gitgitan na panay ang WANG WANG. I was ready to pull out my Diana if ever the driver/or passengers of other vehicle will start something bad. In one corner, the driver alighted. I went down. He just shouted P.I.M. I replied P.I.M. din!!! There was a cop nearby and pacified both of us. It turned out that the a driver of a former city COUNCILOR. PWEH!

Finding that "palaban ako" he drove away-murmuring "matapang kayo kasi mayaman kayo". MAYAMAN? I'm NOT and that's NOT the point of controversy.
    I just shouted...GAG_!!!

    3. why are there NO measures done by authorities with regard to this WANG WANG? Is it because even the authorities, themselves, are guilty of bearing these WANG WANGs?

A lot of the so called "public servants" denounce corruption-corruption-corruption. Inspect their vehicles...BULAGA!!! WANG-WANG. They are NOt allowed by law to bear such. That's usurpation of authority. And when you usurp-you are corrupt!

I for one am with you on this matter. I have also had it with this wang wang crap. I have had a few incidents with these types also. So far the worst one was mahabang gitgitan on SLEX and the driver and passenger were trying to show me that they were drawing their weapons lalo ko silang ginitgit. Any way I am one of those who has had it with these wang wang types but the authorities does not seem to want to do anything about this.

If you could take down the plate number, it's easy to launch a shame campaign against that bast@@@d by calling it in sa DZMM or DZBB. Baka masisante pa iyang abusadong driver nyan

That's what I love about my town
UP people wont take S from govt officials

Unfortunately , we have something just as bad....teenagers on noisy souped up scooters
Just as noisy but even more dangerous
  8. Just do what I do. Plant an IED....and wait for the next wang wang.

Same here. I don't give way.

Another thing that really annoys me is that police vehicles more often than not are the very first ones to violate traffic rules. Sometimes Im already thinking that the likelihood of having a dangerous confrontation with a cop is as likely as having a dangerous confrontation with bad elements.

Last night there were three black nissan patrols (with blinkers and wang wang of course) beat the red light on the corner of roxas and mia road... Then those as$%^&les, even if they are going to the direction of NAIA, blocked 3 lanes (red light) including those turning right to quirino ave.. Im sure puro drivers and alalays yun at magsusundo siguro ng amo nilang kagawad (hahahahhahaha)....

May narinig akong nagsabi na ang mga langaw daw na nakadapo sa ulo ng kalabaw.. akala nila mas mataas pa sila sa kalabaw ...

Sana makasabay nila si pogi sa daan .. :)

    Servant=public official?

Here in our beloved pelepens it doesn''t compute .... Just observe how arrogant police traffic officers are ... LISENSYA ..... sir ano po violation ko? WAG KA NANG MAGTANONG .. LISENSYA SABI E!!! ... Ive had first hand experience how traffic violators are treated in several US states (parang guilty ah .. heheheh) and I must say that they are no way near how our officers conduct their business here ..... nakakahiya talaga .. Siguro pag tinanung sila kung ano ang trabaho ng pulis di nila alam e...the usual answer? Wala po ako nang tinuro yun e.. hahahahahahhahahaha ...

I don't give way if it's the media's vehicle with wang wangs. Happened to me a few years ago. A Bombo Radyo news vehicle had a wang wang and was trying to overtake me in a heavily-populated area at around 5pm. I didn't give way and actually slowed the vehicle down. The driver didn't even consider the safety of children in the area.

He was not wearing a crash helmet.

Insp. Gil Manriquez Limosnero, 47, died a week after he was thrown off a motorcycle and landed head first on the pavement.

His companion, SPO2 Remberto Empeynado, who was wearing a helmet, survived with minor injuries.

Two weeks ago Cebu Provincial Police Office director Carmelo Valmoria his men, through a memorandum, for motorcycle-riders especially policemen, to wear helmets.

Limosnero was the passenger of a motorcycle driven by his subordinate, Empeynado. A rear tire exploded causing the motorcycle to zigzag on the road before it crashed and threw both passengers to the ground.

The two were on their way from Cebu City to Moalboal when the accident occurred at 11:20 p.m. on Dec. 5 in barangay Lawaan, Talisay City.
