How to turn off Windows Internet Connection Box?

    Glockerel Got Mojo?

    I run win98/Office 2000 and Juno 7.0
    Whenever I click the Juno icon to connect, Juno's window comes up, but the Windows Internet connection window also appears. Then when I shut down, it appears at least 3 or 4 times despite clicking cancel.
    I don't know that I need this as it goes nowhere considering that I haven't used the connection wizard to link juno as my provider.
    Can I click this to turn it off somehow without hurting my connections? Sometimes shutdown takes 3 or 4 tries and usually ends in ctrl+alt+del
    Thanks for the help all!

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
    "EnableAutodial"=dword:0000000

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ole]
    "EnableRemoteConnect"="N"
