If you are trying to run a marathon you don't go out and run a marathon everyday. You interval train.

I'm getting ready to do what amounts to a marathon of weight lifting. How would I interval train with weights?

Right now I'm doing 3 sets of 30 seated rows at 90 lbs.
So should I start doing 3 sets of 15 at 120?
    Or maybe 1 set of 10 at 150 then a set of 15 at 120 then a set of 20 at 100?

I'm such a habit former at the gym it's hard to change it up constantly but I think it's the answer to getting ready for this event?

you should always change up no matter what your goals are. basically your body adapts to your routine and your results come to a halt.
