Well I have a G22, G19, and G27 in my night stand. The G22 is the go to HD gun. The other two are there for carry. I have a G30S "at home" (college student) and a G23 that's probably in Smyrna, GA right now.
But I did have a sordid affair with a Ruger P97 for awhile!
Yeah, it was an "easy pickup at the pawnshop" sort-of-thing.
I like the .45 and it had me from my first look at it.
Don't judge me because of my Un-Glock ways, I simply have not had the cash to buy one. Not yet anyway.:embarassed:
BTW: I kept it handy and loaded, but not in my bed. I kept it elsewhere, being a gentlemink.
None. XD45T full of 230gr +P GD's on the headboard, a Mossberg 500 with 00 buck, and SKS stuffed with ballistic tips in the safe next to my bed. I like options.
My Glocks are for carry. Home defense is relegated to shotguns and an all-steel CZ75. An all-steel pistol such as a 75 make deadly bludgeoning weapons if it comes to that inside your home. I'd just as soon be hit by a baseball bat than the ass-end of a 75. My Glocks tend to rule in CC purposes though.
Not with but in my bursting radius Glock 34 with tlr1 and contour switch a Tavor with red dot and 600 lumen light I can use one handed and amplified hearing protectors. Hey what can I say , it's a party 'round here.
G32 in shoulder rig two extra mags with sure fire hand light Bulldog 44spl under the pillow Colt AR in safety rack at head of the bed.Dog at the foot of the bed.
