how hard to contact taurus?

    there cs line is giving me busy signals or that annoying high pitch computery sound. dont know if there overloaded or what but kinda lame.

    I've used them once too. Have to admit it was great service. Sent my gun in for repair and no questions asked other than the description of the problem. They might be having issues with all the panic buying as well.

    cylinder pops out wont stay locked in had a gunsmith look at it and he couldnt find anything wrong.

    Then he's not much of a gunsmith, or doesn't know revolvers.

    Things like this are why I don't ever recommend Tauri.

    it was my first gun, private sale.

    Worked well for a while. And he did say that parts fit very tight for revolvers. No springs were rusted or gone, nothing cracked. He is a 1911 smith though.
