    It's not really brave to write symbolic legislation that'll never pass. It's brave to back it up by refusing to pass any more Continuing Resolutions which fund the stuff they say they're cutting. What are the odds they'll do that?

    Which begs the question, how is the federal government still operating? Congress has made themselves totally irrelevant.
