Today I had the honor to escort a group of 100 WWII Veterans from Roswell, Georgia to Hartsfield Airport, where they boarded a flight that will take them to DC and the WWII memorial. The escort was made up of Patriot Guard Riders, as well as the motor unit of the Roswell Police Department. I wish I was skilled enough to take a photo, from my moving motorcycle, of the convoy. 20+ motorcycles, many with 3x5 US flags waving, followed by the buses carrying these heroes. It was a moving experience.
