    Hmm, considering the ICE head was offering BJs to male employees, I'm not so sure about that.

    A guy in ICE is suing for being passed over a promotion and the female who got the job was less qualified but "knew" the director. He would agree with you.

    Immigration and Naturalization Service was widely regarded by other federal law enforcement agencies as the most dysfunctional in the FedGov. When the HS shuffling of deck chairs took place, that dysfunction was subsumed into the new ICE culture.

    Putting Nappy at the top of that fuster-cluck sure didn't help matters. Indeed, it surely accelerated the death-spiral.
