howdy: I have a couple of Dell 3000 computers and an HP 7210 all-in-one printer with which I am trying to make a home office network. I am using a Netgear wireless router in wired mode and Comcast modem with high speed internet. Everything seems to be ok, except I cannot get the second computer to get the printer to scan. I keep getting a message that it cannot communicate to the device because it may not be connected properly. When I check the properties and run the test it says it is ready and connected. hmmmm. Do the HP updates solve this? I have had one running on my desktop for an hour now and it still says "downloading" the second update which is a network fix...thanks a MILLION megs, Rob
