Thanks for the inspiration ! Had a friend donate some beautiful walleye fillets ,a fresh water species of pickerel , Mmmm...! A lemon - butter sauce with the slightest jigger of hot sauce, Yeah , HOT-SAUCE , for color and the slightest tang. Fresh asparagus , buc-choy and cabbage slaw with a sprinkle of corrot , dressing made buy me , 1/4 cup mayo , two tbl.spoons sour cream , slpash malt vinegar, pinch mustard , salt,pepper with a touch parsley and again , a splash of(HOT-SAUCE) , yeah, HOT-SAUCE , for color and tang. Mmmm.!....... Thanks Ossi , ready for Opra......!
