You can't leave comments, but you can send the seller a message. :whistling:

It could be a nice little gun if it's put together right.

I do think he was a little too ambitious on the price. By about 2grand...

Don't know if you really meant "crock" or "crook", however, while completely over-priced, are not most things? I think anyone should be able to sell whatever they want for whatever price they want, that is the foundation of free enterprise. Sure there are consumer protection laws in place, but in most cases, in a free economy (which we don't have BTW) it is up to the purchaser to investigate their purchase and the price point that is reasonable for the product.

I'm not repeatedly posting about Dell's website on which they sell a computer for $2300 that I can put together myself, with a better case and power supply for $550. Is Dell a "Crock"? About the same numbers...

There are people out there paying $250 for a Vanek trigger when I can do an equal trigger in 30 minutes for $20 in parts. Is Vanek a "Crock"? At $50/hour, about the same "markup."

Not criticising, just trying to bring about some counter thought to the subject.

    I hear you Mark.

Of course, when you see something like that, it doesn't give much credibility to the seller.

He may not purposely be trying to rip anyone off, but it shows he doesn't know the market.

Sorry, I didn't make it through Crime and Punishment either. That's a LONNNG read. Actually, that's a disservice to Dave Helton, who actually does some nice work. Wade had him work over his Kimber PC that he had and it came out pretty sweet.

nowhere in the essay he wrote about the pistol does he mention the frame manufacturer. nor does he produce a test target that shows the 1" at 25yds capability of his jewel.

I saw that a few months ago...love his posts! Especially those "nice" photos. It's like finding where's Waldo...the gun is always in a different place throughout his house.
