Periodically over the past few weeks, the error message quoted below has popped up. I don't know what it means so I don't know how to fix the problem. Can someone please help me understand and tell me what action to take?
I haven't noticed, but I don't think the message is associated with any particular program that I am using.

iexplorer.exe is internet explorer. If you are getting this error and you don't have internet explorer open you are infected with spyware/malware.
