I've got a Ka-Bar TDI knife and I recently purchased a metal belt clip for it. The Torx heads on the screws I need to remove to install the clip are very small. The smallest bit I have found at various hardware stores, auto shops, etc in my area is a T-8 and that is not small enough:wow:

Ka-Bar customer service has not helped. The kit was sent without a "wrench."

If anyone can point me in the direction of the Torx head size and a possible source for a wrench, it would be greatly appreciated.

The sheath for my Ka-Bar TDI uses a size T-5 torx head.

Go to Home Depot and look for the "Precision ratcheting screwdriver set" by Husky. It will contain Torx sizes #5 through #9. :)
