Before you buy you might want to read this and save some money:
I have Heinie Straight 8's on my G19. I like them, but I'd rather have three-dot or just tritium front with blank, serrated, rear. My eyes can't quickly pick up the 8. I guess I'm too use to three dots. I still like them though. They helped me get my best score yet at my local GSSF match
I like the regular straight 8's. Heinies are fully serrated for a good daytime sight picture and the dot over dot is great, no confusing the front with the rear in very dark conditions.
Very good combination of speed and accuracy.
I have Straight 8s on two pistols and regular Slant Pros on a third. What draws me to Heinies is not so much the tritium dot arrangement but the serrations on the front sight. Even with a relatively narrow rear notch, my aging eyes still focus on the crisp picture of the serrated front sight. Furthmore, the front sight is not terribly wide and does not block out the target when I'm trying to take distance shots.
