Anyone know where I can find the height/weight requirements for specific ages? Also, if it's possible to get a waiver if someone's a bit over weight?

+1. As long as you can make tape your GTG. A weight waiver for any branch will be a no-go. If you're going to be over your max weight, start doing lots of exercises to make your neck thicker. Or lose weight.

There are no waivers for exceeding body fat. However, the height/weight charts just tell you whether or not you have to take the tape test for body fat. I was 22 lbs. over my chart weight when I passed the tape test at MEPS (although I am now at my chart weight). The easiest way not to get DQed at MEPS is to make the weight on the chart. All total, I lost about 54 lbs. between the time I decided to do it and the day I swore in, 7 months later. It wasn't very hard.
