I'm absolutely sure you had to be at least 19 the day you graduated flight school. Or I'm not a CW4 Master Aviator Retired...and I am. WOC Class 69-25.

    Now back to the furball...

Me thinks the OP may be the infamous Mall Cop, trained as a Ninja and patrolling the mall in body armor carrying the latest in Assault Rifle technology.

For some reason my mind keeps switching Bucksnort1959 with Gecko45...must be dickslexia....

On topic: I am not a lawyer, nor a cop, but to my layperson way of thinking it breaks down to this....

You gave the police all they needed to pull you over by speeding, looks like that one is on you.

On top of that you had a few drinks, again your decision.

And prior to this you made the decision to carry after having imbibed alcohol, yet another personal choice.

What are your state's laws concerning alcohol and concealed carry? And if you don't know them, why not?

Three less than optimal choices on one road trip. We all make mistakes, but it looks like you were trying to fill your punchcard all at once. Did I miss any extenuating or mitigating circumstances? not excuses, everyone has those.

I yearn for the day that people start taking responsibility for their cock ups and quit playing victim. Until then I leave you with a quote from a wise man....

    "Stop breaking the law, *******!!!"

...if you have the money. Sorry, Russ...but it can get pretty expensive depending upon the specifics of what you purchase. I've got one kid in college and another that starts in a couple of years. So I just wear an extra t-shirt (j/k).

If you know of Second Chance, why did you ask as you did?

Sorry but I was unaware if any relevant laws had been passed in the last 20 years that I may have forgotten since I lost a lot of my memory after my June 2008 head-injury bicycle accident.

If he finds a lawyer, let's hope it's a contingency fee instead of hourly pay.

    295 responses. Amazing.

I believe Mr. Bucksnort has abandoned this tread completely.
