Lynch mobs and mob "justice" -- the irony is somewhat compelling.

It's funny how that article was very carefully set up to make it look like an angry protest mob had run the old couple off. If you were one to only read the headline and look at the picture that's exactly what you would think.

By the way -- I would say that Spike Lee should stick to making movies -- but collectively, his films have pretty much stunk also.

Spike Lee should be sued by the couple. Further, he should be charged with a Hate Crime considering what he tweeted to the couple who asked him to stop. It was done across state lines, and it was intended to cause harm and alarm to them based on their rase. It is a picture perfect case for the United States Attorney to pursue. But, as we know, Holder won't do anything but get Border Patrol Agents killed in the name of a weapons ban.

And this story is just now coming out in little dribbles and drips in the MSM. Well the MSM does have it's agenda.

The suit will be coming. First thing the couple needs to do is establish actual damages (staying at a hotel, etc). In fact, I'd suggest they ride that pony for all its worth...get a new security system put in, hire some security specialists to hang around, buy a couple of guns, get a CCP, etc. In fact, I daresay since at least one of them has a history of heart trouble they need to start seeing some doctors to make sure they're OK.

Once the actual damages are established then they can file suit and include that sweet, sweet "emotional distress" claim.

The reality is if he broadcast the couple's address in the first five minutes of his next movie, no one would have known it.

The New BPP is trying to incite violence. I hope they get it. Not all people out there are sheep and many will fight back. Most of the New BPP can't own guns because they are mostly convicted felons, I'll bet.

Spike Lee (as well as the other tweeters) obviously meant to do harm to someone by posting an address, even though it was incorrect.
All are fortunate that no one was physically harmed by this thoughtless act(s) but the couple does have the right to pursue re-imbursement for their expenses, etc.

Hopefully, this may send a message to these self appointed "vigilantees" that they need to STFU and allow the legal process to play out without the risk of rioting or other innocent people being harmed.

  14. Hell, a white kid was lit on fire by black kids a month ago and THAT was not called a hate crime.

A tweet to an old white couple?

    LOL...no hate crime there.
