A long time ago, I found someone online (not sure if it was here or someone else) that had gone to a gunsmith somewhere and had a real picatinny rail put onto their Gen 3 glock 17.

I have been really big on that idea ever since and would like to know if anyone has seen one of these and/or knows of a place that you can have that done at? Let me begin by saying that Yes, I am well aware that the G21 SF is exactly what I am looking for... except that I want it in a 9mm caliber for potential third world travel where 7.62 and 9mm are all that you can ever find. Would probably be looking at having this done to a G19c (along with some other grip/trigger work).

If anyone knows where I could see one again, or have this work for the rail done, any help would be much obliged.
