Gun Licence transfer to a relative

    Guys,
    On transfering a gun licence to a relative living in the same address as the original owner , does it still need a deed of sale?

    Yes sir, i think you deed of sale would be asked for the transfer.

    Yes both parties still need it but make sure that both of you will have the yellow form at the end. Actually the vendee will have the original and vendor will have a photo copy.
