OK, we are getting close to that time. Hints are being dropped all over some subtle others not so much. We usually have one of these threads. Thought I would get it started.

I've been hinting Santa for a stainless steel wet tumbling set up for my Lapua match .223 brass processing.

I'm asking for a Dillon Super 1050 in .223 too but probably been a little too naughty for that stretch. :whistling:

What's on the wish list for Christmas for you reloading bench?

    I've got my letter into Santa for one of these babies;

Of course if Santa doesn't come through and anyone out there just happens to have one of these just doing nothing and lying about... :whistling:

I don't have anything yet, so I'll start with books, even the old ones that were too hot.

I've been a bad boy and will only be getting a lump of coal. So I said bought myself a Dillon Rapid Trim 1200B Case Trimmer. As bad boys are known to do, I unwrapped it early.

And some Lapua .308 brass. I wouldn't mind some components for stocking stuffer's.

A Bartlein or Brux 10 twist 308 barrel, heavy palma contour. Not that I am picky or anything. And maybe a few boxes/cases of Berger 215gn Hybrids.

I originally had a 550b on the list, but I have since changed that out to an XL650 since I think the auto rotation is worth the small price difference.

Also, I plan on getting into reloading .223 and being able to process the brass on an auto indexing press sounds like a huge benefit.

If I haven't been good enough, I will just have to buy it myself.

Leaning towards adding another Dillon, a LX 650.

I seriously considered asking for a 550.. but with us probably renting for at least the next 6mo, it seemed like it would end up being one more "big thing" to move. The 650 last year was great.. I don't really "need" a 550...

I'd seriously like a CZ 75 SP-01 Phantom. Every time I fondle one, some unforeseen force keeps me from walking out with I don't know... I'll let her surprise me this year (she still thinks I was surprised by the 650 last year.. but through my superior investigative techniques, I figured it out about 9 days before)

I have a set of 357 dies on the list, that way I can swap between 38/357 without having to reset the dies.

Oh yea, this was also on the list (had to buy it myself though).

  14. My list.... oh dear....

    1) a second casefeeder so each of my XL650s has it's own
    2) a Bair Kodiak/Pacific DeLuxe Pro SS press so I can finally start swaging jacketed bullets
    3) 250 lbs of 22 LR brass to make 223 jackets out of
    4) a .445 roundball mould for my 45 cal Hawken
    5) a range hood with exhaust fan for my casting bench
    6) a BIG bunch of wheel weights so I don't have to scounge for lead anymore
    7) a lathe with a 50-60 inch bed so I can turn barrels and whatnot
    8) and lastly, some parkerizing chemicals I already have a tank and stainless basket

    Short easy list, eh? :D

Santa came to my door today dressed in a Fedex uniform and delivered my primer and powder order from Powder Valley. He must have switched jobs since he was here last Saturday in a USPS uniform with three very heavy boxes from Precision Delta. I'm a happy boy...

Well, Santa says I have been spending too much time casting and loading and it is time to fire off some of the stockpile. Since my ears got ravaged by the F4 while in the Air Force, compounded by the firing of several hundred thousand rounds of various ammo since, I'm near deaf as a lamp post. When I plug and muff at the range I can't hear squat and I shout at everyone LOL . Santa delivered a pair of MSA Sordin Supreme Pro X hearing protectors...... They are freaking amazing .

I'm hoping for another AR lower like my wife gave me last year. I have a feeling another one will be under the tree, she has been hinting that she wants me to build myself (for her) another AR since she loves shooting the one built from last Christmas.
