I just released an App for the iPhone / iPad that keeps track of your GSSF Scores.

You can check it our here:

Thanks for your consideration. I welcome all comments.

Sounds like a great idea. I may have to upgrade to an iPhone in November.:wavey:

I'm such a shooting app whore that I just downloaded it. I am going to start playing with it at lunch and then use it at the Monroe match this weekend.

  5. Looks really good. I'm a little disappointed it's use requires version 6 of the operating system. I've been a little reluctant to upgrade due to the Google Maps issue.

So far I like it. It appeals to the OCD side of my shooting life. I am putting in all my matches to date and I like messing with the graphes. Gives you a feeling of accomplishment to see the visual increases in performance from my first matches.

  7. Does it calculate scores for you?
  8. I am running an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.xx and google maps works just fine.

Yes. You put in the times for each stage of the three courses of fire and the number of hits and misses on the paper and metal targets and it calculates your penalties and shows you your total score.

'Bout time we got the machines working for us

  10. Can you write one for the new Blackberry?
  11. Excellent! Downloading now.
  12. Thanks. I've been waiting for a GSSF scoring app.
  13. I just bought it to support a fellow GT'er who obviously has his peers in mind.

Ill give it a go, I only have shot one outdoor event, but hope to participate more in the coming years.

    Keep up the good work.

Does it actually do anything only possible in ios 6? I'm on an iphone4 and really don't want to go to 6 for a variety of reasons.

Does it check your shores for errors like hits + misses not adding up correctly?

Yes it does use an iOS 6 only feature which is the table of hits in the paper targets in the Five to Glock and Glock 'M courses of fire. I tried to work around that so it would work with iOS 5 but never found a solution I liked. Sorry.

And yes it does check your scores for errors. Again going back to the paper targets the totals must add to 6.

Hope that helps and sorry about the iOS 6 only feature. I held off myself until Google Maps was out and well reviewed.

  16. I'll support a GT'er and buy your app. It looks nice and is much easier than using my crusty old spreadsheet. Thanks for doing this.
  17. I'll download it later today to support a Glocker! Great idea, my old spreadsheet in Excel works just fine, but is such a pain, I didn't even use it last year.
  18. Okay I love the app but I'm having one issue with it.

My first match, I shot my G19 in Civilian and Competition. My second match I shot my G19 in Civilian and my G26 in Subcompact.

The subcompact shows up in both matches, one with a score and one with the default 810.00 seconds and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

EDIT: Of course while looking at the app to make sure I was describing the problem correctly, I figured it out myself.

  19. I have an iPhone 4 and haven't had any issues with ios 6. I use google maps all the time with no problems if that's what you're talking about.
  20. Just got it, will play with it laters. Thanks for your work Camario. I had just been keeping track on a spreadsheet.
