OK, it looks like the course of fire is 10, 10, 10, 10, 5 & 5. Do you load 5 mags or 6? 2 mags w/ 5 rounds each? I am thinking this is the way to go.

If that was the course of fire, I'd load 6.

Did you find out from the range which course of fire they're shooting? If you just went by the GSSF site... it only has the ONE course of fire listed. They added 3 or 4 two years ago and never updated the site. They're all different (but all have just 50 total rounds). In general though, they are either 10 or 5 rounds, so I'd take as many mags as I had and load to 10. When you're in line, you can find out the course of fire and adjust mags as necessary.

    Have fun !

Call and talk to the range that runs the match. GSSF indoor seems to vary considerably from range to range.

Especially if you were wanting to shoot unlimited gun. Some ranges only do stock guns.

Can I use ANY sights that would fit the glock and still be considered stock? I am planning for some fiber/night sights, but from brands that are normally not shipped by glock.

Also, can I use the 4.5lb connector in a G19 and be considered stock?

    Thanks.

This is at LAX range in LA, CA. They post the COF on their site. D-1 target-

    10 rds, 12 ft, 15 sec
    10 rds, 25 ft, 15 sec
    10 rds, 50 ft, 15 sec
    10 rds, 75 ft, 30 sec
    5 rds, 25 ft, 15 sec
    5 rds, 50 ft, 15 sec

Thanks for the answers, I went with 6 mags and a few extras loaded to 10.

I load 10 in each mag and take five mags. If they shoot the course of fire that has five, I shoot the first five, move the target and shoot the second five. I've been shooting GSSF Indoor matches since 2004 and it seems to work. Sometimes, they change the course of fire for a series and don't have that five shot series.

Well, shot the match and had fun, like usual! 430 w/ G21 & 456 w/ G35. Had a couple of FTF's with the 35 that threw me off a bit. Need to get that fixed. Need to do more homework (dry fire) too. Going back next month though.

Back from the dead! Last match at LAX was today. Shot 483. With my 482 last month I should be solidly in SUCKS land! :embarassed: There were a lot of guys in the 490's today, I think 496 was the best I saw but they were still shooting when I left. Congratulations to all the shooters that participated in this series. I think they are all winners! Can't wait for the next one. I guess it will be LV outdoors for me! :elephant:
