I have been hearing a lot about grip plugs again lately most likely because of the gen4 glocks hitting the market.

But anyway has anyone ever developed a problem of any kind by NOT using a grip plug in there glocks?:dunno:

To me they just seem like another way for some one to make money.:dunno:

personal preference, they cost about $8 if you end up not liking them you arent out much. the main argument is that it plugs the cavity that allows dirt/debris to fall through. personally i like them because it keeps dirt/debris out of my gun and i wear mine daily. i make sure to clean the area every time i clean my gun, not really an issue for me.

I don't worry about the keeping it cleaner part. However they do speed up your reloads. Anyone who says they don't most likely doesn't own a shot timer.

I bought one that said it was good to go with the Gen.4 w/a backstrap on. It wasn't. Waste of money..
