I hate to post this because I would buy it all for myself if I could but since i can't here it is. Sgammo has American Eagle .40 on sale for 12.49 per 50 rd. or 249.80 for 1000. I went ahead and purchase 2000. I hope that helps someone out.

It's hard to share when everybody jumps in and it's all gone - LOL!

    Truth is SGAmmo ROCKS!
They are family owned if believe.
And have some of the best prices, selection and service available.
I say give em all the business we can and make them bigger and better.

They will restock the good stuff.
    There's enough to go around.

  3. sgammo.com is my first stop when looking to buy ammo. They don't always have what I need, but when they do, they nearly always have the best price.

Buying Speer Lawman 115gr 9mm from them is cheaper than buying WWB at Walmart, so I don't understand why there is usually so much of it there when people are complaining that Walmart is always selling out of WWB.
    :dunno:

The trick with online ammo is go big or go home.
    1 box, 50 rounds = shipping ~$15.
    12 boxes, 600 rounds = shipping ~$15.
    1000 rounds Winchester Ranger 180 gr = shipping $22.

    Get it?

Your Walmart must have much better prices than the ones here....

SGAmmo rocks. I use them a lot.

Though recently Wal-Mart had 100 round value packs of Federal 230gr .45 for $29.97 so I cleared them out.

What about the $1 per box or so in sales tax? Did you factor that in to your calculations?

  11. When you shop at WM, you must add sales tax, gasoline (at least) for transportation, and, I don't know about you, but my time has value. If you include the total real cost, there's no comparison.

They've still got it, so I ordered. My LGS charges $18.99 for the same ammo. :tongueout:

  13. Not to mention the times you go there and leave empty handed because there's none of what you're looking for on the shelves because all the Aces are quantity buying. More gas, aggravation and time.

For another $150 and a weekend of time, you could have the 2K ammo, and a Dillon Square Deal reloading machine.

Then, you will be able to roll your own .40's for about $150/K.
