Yesterday afternoon after shooting our monthly IDPA match and running back and forth to grab some lunch. Nice sunny, warm for the time of year at 79* and gentle calm breezre to keep you comfortably cool. I returned to the rifle range to get my new to me Nightforce NXS 8-32 scope dialed in after only being able to do a quick and dirty parallax / focus adjustment and zero a few days before. I needed to slightly adjust the mounting getting just the right eye relief and remove a couple shims from underneath my Triad cheek pad to completely eliminate any ghosting. Well as you see the results speak for themselves. I beat my previous personal best and broke the .3 MOA mark at .281. Load is 24.8g H-335, Nosler 55g Ballistic tip at 2.220 OAL, Remington twice fired brass 0.02 neck tension, Federal Match SRP Point of aim was the lower left corner of the adjacent red box. I did readjust my elevation turret one click (1/4 MOA) to the right in order to re-zero the dials out at the end of the day. Wanna kill these ads? We can help!
