Found a local place with a gen 3 34 for $625+ tax. I can't remember was the price on these was pre panic... Wasn't ~599 the norm then?

If it runs like mine then it should run flawless! If I was you I would get rid of the cheesy adjustable sight and put a standerd 17 polymer sight or a steel sight like I put on mine... I never found a use for the adjustable sights and some people complain about them holding zero.

I am probably going to put a set of warren tactical sights on it. I'm slowly changing all my glocks over. In the mean time I may throw a standard rear sight on it. I actually have a set of AmeriGlo's on order for my G17, and may stick the regular sight on the g34 for now.

How are you guys pushing your sights? I'm trying not to buy a $160 sight pusher.

    Nice buy BTW!

Dooger.... I buy all my sights from a place called herd tactical. He installs them all free of charge for me.

my last one i just used a wooden dowel and a hammer to push out the stock one and push in the new one (warren / sevigny competition wide rear notch with fiber optic front).

i've been using a gen 3 g34 for a few years now in various idpa and uspsa events and it's been 100% reliable.

If your installed sights that do not have a tritium vile, then I would do this.
