Anybody seen any gunshops around central KY with a good used Glock selection? Today I went to Antique & Modern, Bud's, Classic, Evans and the Gun Site looking for a used Glock 27 to trade my Glock 22 for (trading used for new costs an arm and a leg). Nobody had anything. I've listed my Glock 22 over in the want adds, so now I'm just looking for a good source to buy a 27 (or trade, before it sells).

Is Kentucky Imports still in business? I heard it was gone, but the web page is still up with guns listed.

Their webpage hasn't been updated in the last year, to the best of my knowledge. You might try Kiesler's, but of course you would have to arrange an FFL.

The Oakwood Gunshop on Shelbyville Road in Middletown (Louisville) always seems to have a good selection of used Glocks, many MPD(LPD) police trade ins.

Oakwood guns is a good call. He doesn't have a Huge selection, but his prices are not too bad.

If you do decide to go with Kieslers for $10 they will ship to Oakwook and then Oakwood will charge you another $10 for the transfer.

Thanks for the info, but one of our fellow Glocktalkers sold me a 27 that was basically every possible thing I could want at an excellent price (about what Bud's would charge for the used night-sighted gun, but he threw in 5 mags with extended bases and it's the green frame). I'm so happy I forgot all about my new Colt .38 Super and bag full of Wilson parts.
