First time out with my Charter Arms Goldfinger. Sorta mixed reviews. I got my daughter a Lavender Lady a while back and have been wanting similar ever since. Hers has been flawless since day one. Like hers, the Goldfinger locks up tighter than any other revolver I own....has an pretty good single action trigger and a pretty stiff DA trigger. Here are the first ten shots SA ( at ten yards): Here are the next ten shots DA(at ten yards): So, it shoots ok. Now the bad news. The front sight was a little hard to pick up( it was a dark dreary, foggy morning) and when I went back to 25 yards, under the pavilion, The sight all but disappeared. I had about 5 ftf with light strikes on the primers shooting one box of factory loads and one box of factory reloads. I had one round of the reloads that sent fire out of the cylinder gap and muzzle. The round was a little hard to eject and I found the case was cracked full length...gun seemed no worse for the wear. Guess i will clean it up and try some different loads - hope the ftf go away....
