I was up at Bass Pro In Perrysburg, OH this morning, and they had a grand total of 3 Glocks in the whole store: a Gen3 21, Gen3 30, and a Gen3 27. :wow:

Is it November 7th yet? Can it be?

Hitting my local shops tonight. Will see what they have. Last week VRA was well supplied, and MVSG usually has a small amount stocked.

I was in MVSG last month and guy came in to buy a pistol, just moved here from Florida but failed to mention that part. He did all the paperwork, paid and then showed his Florida license. He tried to play dumb and say Well I have a utility bill I can show you.

I may walk out with a new pistol tonight. Not sure yet.

Not just Glocks, lots of guns are hard to get. Glocks probably more so because they are cheap $.

Lucky for me, my LGS has plenty. Including the hard to find G29/G29SF.

My LGS is always stocked to the brim with glocks. They have an entire section dedicated to just glocks.

No shortage here in Western NY, always easy to find what you're looking for at the LGS.

My Bass Pro does not have a good selection of Glocks. All the other stores in the area do. I think this is a Bass Pro deal not a shortage. Plus their prices on Glocks are higher than mY local mom and pop gun store.

If glocks and hk's were both priced the same, there would still be plenty of hk's on the shelves even after the glocks are long gone. If people only bought guns that are cheap, there would only be a couple firearm makers world wide. People buy glock because they like em. For whatever reason. Yes, lot's of guns are hard to get right now. But the ones that are hardest to get are the ones that people want. And judging from my last trip to a fairly large gun shop, glocks are the ones people want.

Was in one of the LGS two days ago and they must have had 25 Glocks in the case, even a 17 L. Think it may depend on location and state somewhat. SJ 40

If Glocks and HK's cost the same I would have a couple of P30L, P2000, and a P7M13. I'm not saying I wouldn't still buy Glocks, but the price point initially kept me away from the HK's.

I have been into a few local shops lately, most common Glocks are in stock without issue. My local LE dealers are very low or completely out of blue label inventory.

Must be a Bass pro thing.

You'd think with their high Glock prices they'd be flush with them.

Do not depend on the gun dealer to be able to read your mind. Take matters into your own hands and order the Glock that you want to own.

I have not seen a shortage around here. I thing some of the online discount places have shortages. I might pick up a 19 soon, but I am okay carrying my 27.

These shortage issues are a bit self fulfilling. People load up with equipment and store things.
