    I know it's been mentioned a few times, but seeing all the great recipes here reminded me. I think I am going to start taking each recipe that is posted and making it into a Word doc. Maybe eventually we could get them all printed out and see if members want to buy one. What do you all think? By the way, if anyone else wants to volunteer (pretty please) to do this, I'd help anyway I can. I just get so busy that I'm afraid I wouldn't have time to see this through.

    I think we could do it pretty simply. I guess the first step would be getting all the recipes together and then sorted by catagory. I could get them printed out at Office Max and bound with those plastic binder thingies. If someone more artisic than me could come up with a cover for it, I'll bring the idea to Eric and see if he wants to put it up for sale on GT. Perhaps a portion of the sale could go to helping him with GT's operating costs.

    Our wonderful allanc has volunteered his services (THANKS ALLAN!) to get our cookbook going. Keep those recipes coming!!

    We'll still need someone to make the cover. Once things are set up, we'll have to decide on a price and ask Eric if he wants to sell it here on GT. This is so great! ;f

    How about pictures of the finished dishes too? That way, we know the submitter actually made it.

    Food don't last that long around here to get pictures of it. You have a better shot at capturing Sasquatch or Nessie on film.;)

    HHTML would work but so would PDF. PDF (or HTML) would make including photos easy.

    I know I don't have pictures of most of my recipes. As Eddie said, they don't stay around long enough. I was trying to keep this as simple as possible in a printed version.

    You got that right Patricia. If I run to my room to get my camera, return, aim, focus, and shoot, I missed the meal.:( :( :(
