Someone must have added glock night sights at a later time to mine. Should it be listed above if it was born that way ?
Bear, that's just what one owner had and he didn't mention what sights he had. Yours, and theirs, could have come with factory night sights. You can call GLOCK, US to confirm. Remember that NXY is just a prefix that will cover 1,000 pistols made, each with a possibly different configuration and even model.

Can anyone tell me when this was manufactured and in general what it has on it. Someone wants to sell it but I haven't seen it yet.

It would likely have been made in October or November 2011. The parts could be anything available by Glock at the time. If the current owner doesn't know they can call GLOCK, US and get that information.
