Just picked up my G30 NIB , the serial number begins LLR according to this thread states the gun was made in 2007. My test cases are dated 10/07. Can any one tell me how I have a new gun thats made in 2007?

Probably stored in the armorers/stores vault somewhere. Maybe because they bought a bunch and stock piled them for safe keeping? IDK.
indeed, it's called new old stock and nothing wrong with them unless you wanted a certain manufacture dated piece.
