Glock repair turnaround time

    Sent in my gen 4 26 and it arrived in georgia on the 8th. Any estimates on about when I will get it back. The last time I shot it, I field stripped, cleaned, and lubed it (according to the manual) and when i put it back together there was an audible and felt click when I pulled the trigger. Its like the trigger or trigger safety was catching on something. I can't imagine it would be a very long repair process, but this is my first (hopefully last) time with Glock's customer service and repairs.

    After reading several stories I hear their turn around time is quite long 3-4 weeks and they don't even cover the shipping! Not trying to start anything but when I had an issue with my XD I called Springfield and they sent me a prepaid shipping label and had the gun back to me in two weeks. I need a new ejector on my 21SF so instead of paying $80 to send it to Glock and having to wait a month, I ordered a new housing from Lone Wolf for $10.00 and it will take me 20 minutes to put it in.

    Glock did send me an express overnight shipping label.

    Really? Everyone else I've talked to has had to pay shipping that sent theirs in. How did you manage to do that?

    I just called the number on their website, talked to the operator and said I was having trouble with my trigger. She connected me to customer support specialist who took down my information and said he would email me a label. I did not get one for 2 days, so I emailed Glock and another gentleman responded within an hour and sent me the label.

    Are you sure it wasn't the trigger reset? It supposed to have an audible and felt click when it resets.

    3rd trip to Smyrna for my G19 (BTF, stove pipes). It's been taking 5-6 weeks to get it back.

    Got it back yesterday the 17th, so a 9 day wait including shipping. They did next day day express air there and back. I am very impressed with it.

    They did not put anything in the package that indicated what was wrong, but the trigger is back to normal. I will try getting a hold of them later to see what the problem was.

    The click was happening when the trigger was ready to fire. There is that little tiny bit of slack, and that is where the click was happening. So I would rack the slide and as I started to pull the trigger, the click would happen.
