I think you just have to go to a Glock armorer (sp?), show some sort of ID (state cert or dept ID). I think it has to be ordered from Glock also. I'm sure someone else here has better details.

most Glock certified dealers honor the $100 discount on G17,19,26 and their 40 cal brothers only. YOu have to show your dept.ID which a copy of is sent to the Company for the store to get reimbursed I believe. This is how i got my G26 and G19 here in Fla.

Their prices are well above the agreed upon blue label prices. I decided to go for a XD45 last time around, but if I had gone glock they would not have gotten my business.

and PSAK9 do you run with "the force of the fourth?"

Just ordered mine about 2 months ago. You find a glock law enforcement dealer in your area and take cert. and I.D. If you do not have an authorized dealer call glock and talk to the law enforcement sales dept. they will email you the price list and fill it out find a dealer who will take the transfer and that is basically it. The deal is actually more then $100. Call glock if any questions and some dealers try not tohonor the deal for ems and fire, but by glock contract they have to.

You have to find the "law enforcement" Glock dealer. Only a select group of dealers have the LE contracts for their area. The price on a basic Glock is $398.00 Some models are $30-50 higher. Takes 3-6 weeks to get it.

I called Glock directly and talked to a gal in customer service. She said I could go through a LE dealer (mine had no clue about the discount for FF/EMS) or send her the order directly. So today I sent her my order for a G23c. I sent in the Glock order sheet that she had mailed to me, copy of my DL and FF i.d. card, credit card info and my transfer FFL. I let you know when it arrives.

I believe as long as you have a valid certification/license to work in your state and are affiliated with a volly, or paid service your covered. I was covered and I volunteer.

    2nd UPDATE:

I emailed Lisa at Glock to ask her about the status of my order. She replied back saying that my G23C isn't supposed to ship until August 8th.:fist: I about fell out of my chair. She stated that the "C" models take longer. I emailed her back asking if I could change my order to a G19 instead. She said it wouldn't be any faster because they would have to process a new order and it would bump me to the back of the line. UUUGGGGHHHH! Now the long wait.
