Just a heads up, Midway has Glock OEM "+" Extensions and Inserts in stock with a limit of 2 per person - per day.

Get em while you can. I ordered a pair to the house and the Wifey ordered a pair to the inlaws house.

Don't forget to buy the inserts (sold separately).

Just remember that a +2 9mm base is actually only a +1. At least this is true with the short G26 mags. And the Glock factory 12 rd G26 mags only hold 11. No matter what I try, I can only get 11 in them. Same thing with the Pearce + extensions. A +2 is only a +1 and a +3 is only a +2 :steamed:

I haven't tried any extensions on larger mags though, so not sure there.

I think it might just be the short G26 mags, I haven't tried any others.

I just tried it again, after much effort I finally got 12 into a factory G26 12 rd mag, the last one was TIGHT, but I can only get 12 in a 10 rd with a Pearce +3 base.

What can you do wrong when loading a mag? Please share.

not loading, but rather the install of the +2 baseplate. You can run into an issue where the spring gets caught on the little piece that fits inside the +2 and only will let you load 11. Ask me how i know.

I can get 3 extra rounds (20 rnds in the mag + 1 in the chamber) into my G-17 mags with the Glock "+" extensions. G-26 mags with "+" extensions hold 12 rounds.

    Thank you for the heads-up!

Ordered two of each to work with my g26 or g18 magazines. I think I'd rather have my g26 mags at 12 than my g18's at 33.
