    I've heard that some, if not all, the GAP glocks standard mag capacity is greater than what's listed on GLocks Specs. Can anyone attest how many GAP rounds the standard mags hold for each model?

    G37 = 10rds
    G38 = 8rds
    G39 = 6rds

    That's the standard; You won't get any extras into a G37 or G39 mag without an extension; extensions will provide +1.

    Many people can get a 9th round into a standard G38 mag, but results in difficulties inserting a full mag on a closed slide. To the best of my knowledge, adding a max extension does NOT give it a 10th round, but it'll make the 9th round easier to insert.

    All 3 of my G38 mags will fit 9 rounds with ease, the mag will insert fine but needs a good solid push.

    The G38 with the +2 (+1 in 45) will not add another round to the 38 - 9 is the max.

    I just got my OD Glock 37 today and I added a Glock OEM model 7151 "+" extension to two of the magazines, just so I could get the 10th round in there and seat it on a closed slide. You talk about tough! Even with the extension that 10th round was a booger to get in there!

    I left 9 rounds in the mag in the gun and one in the tube. I just prefer to downsize my guns thataway. ;)

    I can get the 10th round in my 37, but after shoving the mag in, the slide is a real bear to rack. The pressure of that 10th round on the underside of the slide is tremendous. 9 rounds, much easier.

    Yeah, that's what I do. Actually, I load the mag with 10, lock the slide back, insert the mag, drop slide. Done.

    I also do this with my G22 with just 15 (14 + 1) rounds. The mags seat much better.
