I picked up my new Glock 34 last week and put about 200rds through it this weekend. I was high and to the left all weekend long but didn't have the screw driver to adjust it. I was already planning on changing out the sights at some point. I'm looking at a pair of Heinie or Tru Tritium, any thoughts?

Your 34 should have a screwdriver included in the kit. JMO, night sights are expensive crap, unless you intend to use the weapon at night (patrol duty, home/personal defense). Daytime range use, I use stock fixed sights and sight black. The stock adjustable sight now resides in my range box.

My preference for sights, remake the factory set with bright yellow fingernail polish. My aging eyes see them much better than the standard setup. :wow:

Warren Tacticals are on my G34, with the back face of the front sight painted with Testor's flourescent/neon (usually green, a green-yellow mix, or hot pink). They're great sights-I consecutively posted my best IDPA scores with the G34 with the G34/Warrens in 2 monthly matches.

    Best, Jon

The factory sight are killing me. I shot high and left 1st time out. Adjusted and bore sighted and from 20yrds and in I'm good but any further back I'm left.

If you shoot left at 25 yards you should be shooting left at 5,10,15,20 yards as well.

I agree with you. I started out at 50yards and was left. The closer I got the more to the center and closer my groups got. At 25yards with most pistols I can destroy a Q type target. I don't think I could do that with the 34 yet, maybe I just need more time with it. I could be over thinking it.

I use Warren Tactical sights on my 34 with a Dawson FO front. I love them, highly recommended.
