Good stuff! I think you can get a 9mm barrell for cheap practice as well...it would be almost like having a 357 revolver that you can use .38 to practice with...

Cheap and 357sig dont go together, havent shot a C model. My 32 has more recoil than my 23. Not bad just not the same. Georgia arms seemed to have the best price on 357sig ammo, been awhile since I bought ammo.

recoil isn't bad, be prepared for a good flash with certain ammo. cheapest ammo i have found was a local place in my town that was 19.97 per box of 50 fiocchi, i think that ammunition to go has it. congrats on the 32c i regret trading mine.

My gen3 G32 is my everyday carry. I love it of course. It's recoil seems to be slightly less than a Glock .40cal, maybe sharper but with less push and muzzle flip, if that makes sense. With a compensated barrel, it should have even less muzzle flip. My G17c really helps to hold down the muzzle flip. You will get some people that say it adds a lot to noise and flash, but that's not my experience.
Walmart and Georgia Arms have some good prices on FMJ, especially if you can catch Georgia Arms at a gun show. I suggest, as do many others, either Speer Gold Dot hollow points or a Remington hollow point for self defense, the extra cost isn't worth worrying about when its for your own self defense.
Most people who have shot my G32 say they really like it. For me its my most accurate pistol, it feels like an extension to my hand. Don't know why, but it does.

I have a G32 and a G23 as well..Not many options for cheap 357 sig ammo..I stocked up on some pre Obama..
The 32 will have a sharper report and a bit of a muzzle flip, whereas the 40 cal is more of a push and a flip..Hard to explain..
I also have a G22 and the extra bbl length , keeps it on target...

ty guys for the info I'm so happy I'm getting glock compensated

I found on midway ultramax ammo for 15.99

  8. I have had a G32C for a few years now and it is an awesome weapon. Although I usually carryv my G30, I have and would not hesitate to carry my G32C. I have carried it and will again.

The recoil on one, to me, is no different than the non-compensated models. The cuts in the barrel and slide are there for muzzle-jump and its' control not recoil reduction and it works fairly well. Makes you a little faster back on target.

Congrats on a fine new pistol !!

    I have a G27 with a ported 4.16" 357 Storm Lake barrel.
The porting greatly reduces the felt recoil and muzzle flip to 9mm +P levels.

I was going to turn you on to my favorite ammo source.
But somebody bought the crap out of all my favorite stuff!!!

Normally I get Speer Lawman 357 Sig 125 gr for $18.95.
    Just received 200 rounds today.
I was going to go shooting tomorrow at lunch.
    Maybe not....

Damn, share good stuff and it dries up overnight.
    357 Sig, 40 S&W, 9mm and 45 ACP.
    Even 357 mag???
Are we finally having an Obama run on ammo???
