Glock 30 vs. Glock 29 for Home Defense?

    Howdy Mas-Labor Day came fast & ended fast!
    Mas, I believe I have finally narrowed my search down to
    the Glock 30 & Glock 29! I very much like how each Glock takes down easy & reassemble's easy and both are reliable!
    Mas, what I am concerned about is which Glock will shoot more comfortably --and which model Glock will tend to give better accuracy (if I do my part)?

    My wife will also learn to shoot whatever Glock we buy.

    I have 12 days to retirement-so that means I'll have more time to shoot.

    Depends on individual needs and preferences, bro. Personally, I've always found the G30 a little more accurate; the G29 is an accurate pistol, but the G30 is SPECTACULARLY accurate after a few hundred rounds break in.

    Recoil depends on the loads. Some .40-level 10mm loads will actually feel lighter in the G29 than hardball .45 in the G30; conversely, +P .45 in the 30 feels awfully close to full power 10mm in the 29.

    You shouldn't go wrong with either choice.
