Hey guys just looking for some opinions here. Ive been considering the g21 gen4 for awhile now and think I'm fixing to make my move. I have a gen 3 g19 and enjoy it but I want to make the jump to .45 auto for the main reason that I feel more confident in it being my SD round. I've shot the gen3 g21 and loved it but like the feel of the gen4 better. I shoot very well with .45 and the g21. I guess my questions are has anyone else made this transition? And are u regretting it or happy with it? And how are the gen4 21's treating you?

100% happy with my Gen 4 21. Shoots softer than a Gen 3, and has better ergo's. 600 rounds without a hiccup thus far (not a crazy amount, by any means). I say go for it.

I may buy a 21 or 30 as my next Glock, but I wouldn't put any Glock above my precious 19!

    Nothing wrong with mine!

Soft shooting, accurate, excellent grip and that big 'ol mag release.....love it.

I tried the original G21 and didn't like it...bought a G21 then bought the G21SF and now own the G21 Gen4 and like it best...standard grip "feels" smaller than the G21SF to me...the trigger feels just a bit different to me (but mine doesn't have a lot of cartridges through it yet) and recoil may be a bit less (but that could be the placebo effect )

No transition here, just additions :). I rotate different pistols for carry and include both calibers you mentioned.

G21 Gen4 is my favorite of all the Gen4 models, as well. Shot perfectly from the first round on, too.

While my favorite Gen4 is the G37, the Gen4 G21 is a superb pistol.

    My 2 glocks Gen4 19 and a gen4 21. The 21 shoots almost as soft as the 19, unless I run +p Ranger T's than its got a lit bite to it...Like Barq's!

I don't think I've heard anyone say anything negative about the gen 4 glock 21..... That's saying something when you read a lot of glock talk.
