Hit the 1500 round mark on the gen 4 19 absolutely no issues.not one malfunction and no ejection issues.have had it for about 2 months. All stock except the 3 1/2 pound connector. It seems as if this one is more accurate than the gen 3 models.maybe its in my head

Im bone stock with 5000 rounds on my Gen4 19 and havent had a single failure.

Few cases flying here and there, but nothing regular enough to be concerned about.

Ive only got about 200rds through g4 19 and the wwb is the only ammo that gave me any rear ejections. Ive had better luck with 124 and heavier or +p ammo. Mine has also not let me down yet, i love it

I love hearing this seeing as I just bought one and I'm worried about the ejection issue. I'm going to shoot it for the first time this weekend with WWB 115 gr because it was cheap. I'll expect some poor ejections I guess since its weak ammo.

I bought a Gen 4 G19 FDE last Friday that will get here this Thursday. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I have no ejection issues when she gets broken in this weekend.

I think with 9mm Glocks, roughly speaking, 3000 rounds is about equivalent to reaching puberty. 30,000 rounds is approximately middle aged.

Crested 2,000 rounds with my Gen 4 19 last weekend and no issues. Some brass to the head on occasion but nothing I'm concerned with.

I've been having weak ejection since I got my Gen 4 19. However, a strange thing happened about a week ago. I let a friend hold my 19 to take a CCW class. When I got it back I figured I go out and shoot it to make sure it was still in good shape. To my surprise, ejection is now strong...maybe a little erratic, but strong. My 19 has about 1000+/- rounds through it.

The 3.5# connector "seems more accurate"? Go figure :tongueout:

Yea this is exactly what happened to me as well. In the beginning it was throwing shells regularly to the left and back. I'd say at least one round per mag was erratic.

However I kept shooting and the problem got less and less noticeable as I went.

I think it had to do with the extractor wearing down in certain places and allowing it to move more freely in its seat.

I'm close to a 1000 and only have had one fte. A few have hit me but way more positives than negatives.
