  1. Man, did we have a cool course of fire tonight.

First of all, we had a wall stretching the width of the range. You could shoot from each side and also through the barrell (barrell of doom as is was effectionately called). Behind the wall you had an array of 4 targets and/or non-threats that you shot from each area of the wall. At the buzzer, you advanced from the shooters box to the far right side of the wall and shot those 4 targets with 2 rounds, as you were made your way down the wall, you did a mag change, shot the next 4 targets through the barrell, mag change as you made your way to the far left of the wall and shot the 4 targets you could see from there. Trick with the barrell was not to crowd the barrell. (Remember - takes time to put your gun inside the barrell and takes time to bring it out, too.)

Here's how the surprising turn out turned out:

    5.101 Dean Francisco
    4.870 Steve Dunham
    4.834 John Haas
    4.622 Leigh Ann Jeter
    4.409 Greg Hodges
    4.399 Chris Nelson
    3.560 Otis Fox
    3.352 Jim Geiger
    3.260 Danny Massey
    2.991 Richard Wanke
    2.898 Gary Lee
    2.519 Butch Harley
    2.021 John Swanstrom
    1.526 Tom Smith
    0.213 Tommy Glueck

As you can see, lots of surprises when the hit factors were calculated.

Amazingly fun shoot tonight. Thanks, Dean.

Show up next week and see what interesting COF Dean comes up with next.

Here's one. Tried to load others but it said it's over my limit
  3. That's a shame. From what I could tell, you were getting some pretty good action shots. Would love to see them when you get the bugs worked out and can download them.
