Just getting opinions. Assuming that all pistols are in good order and condition and you have the dough to get them, which will you choose and why? The gun will be for an all-around use. Thanks.

' can't beat a 9mm for all around use, cheap, easy to shoot and very easy to find. My vote goes to......actually its a toss between P226 and CZ75B. Your pick! :)

None of the above. I'd get a Glock 17 to add to my collection :)

My suggestion, get the one that fits your hand and has the best natural "pointability" for you.

All are good guns. all fit my hand well. all have good reputations. all have "support" from local parts sellers. more opinions?

If you get the Beretta, you could ask jerrytrini for tips on how to tune the trigger. He held a mini-lecture/gunsmithing course for a few BoGs the last time he visited RP.

as usual mga Sir sa Quarenta y Singko pa rin ako;f especially if its made by SINGER :)

  8. I'd get the SIG 226

Not that the rest are bad choices.. It's just that I'm really a sucker for German "uber-engineered" pistols.

Walther na lang, completo na ko. ;)

  9. if really given a "LOT" of extra money,i think i'll go for..... SIG-226 + CZ-75 or 85B + GLOCK 17 or 19 + para p14 lmtd. and baby desert eagle. well... it's just a fantasy ;Q why not include HKUSP,S_I & FN 5/7.;)

Thanks Mikol. But if I have so much money, I wouldn't be handling these guns, but my bodyguards will. I'll stay inside an airconditioned Abrams tanks with two lovely girls like Kristine Hermosa and Zhao Wei while they shoot it off with the bad guys.

Thing is, these are the guns being offered to me and i can only pick one or I'll be shot to kingdom come.;)

The grip of the 92 FS is quite big (for my hands actually). But the balance is better....but change the original grip and use Hogue, problem solved!

    Durability wise....no question for Sig....

    I'd go for the beretta....

  14. hi valor1, i agree with julianz that if i have that extra amount i'll go for sig-p226. but since i don't have i'll just get myself a clone from norinco... the NP-22 which is only 21k. just my 2cents. ;f

You said it right Julianz. Ako'y litong-lito at nahihilo. Pero malapit ng luminaw ang bolang kristal. Salamat sa inyong mga opinyon.

no doubt the Sigs are nice but very pricey. Based on performance, Glocks and CZ give the shooter more bang for the buck.

    2 cents lang:)
