The good folks of New Jersey may have the good fortune to elect Geraldo to represent them as a U S Senator,as he contemplates a run for the senate.

"I mention this only briefly, fasten your seatbelt," Rivera said on his syndicated radio show.

"But I am and I've been in touch with some people in the Republican Party in New Jersey. I am truly contemplating running for Senate against Frank Lautenberg or Cory Booker.

They could replace F.Latuenberg with Geraldo, get this he would run as a Republican. LOL!

Hey on the bright side maybe he could break into Fort Knox and once and for all find out do we have any Gold in there, all televised.

Looking at his website he is a NRA member who is anti-gun. He is a Republican who voted for Obama.

I guess that pretty well sums it up.

The mind of confusion. When you don't stand for anything, you fall for everything.

He isn't a conservative, but I didn't know he considers himself a Republican. I thought he was a left-leaning Libertarian.

He's also said he's fiscally conservative but fully pro-choice.

I always thought he was a liberal, though I can never stand listening to him for more than a minute or two, like when he goes on some anti-gun speech, so I never hear all of his views.

Geraldo Rivera would be a HUGE improvement over what they've got now. He would suck for most states, but if he could get elected from New Jersey, that would be a benefit for them.
