My last thread was locked because it was placed in general glocking and most of the responses I received were from people commenting on the suppressor and not the glock

I placed it there because not only did it have a GLOCK attached to it but because most people never visit the NFA section or don't know about it and miss out. There were already comments and replies to questions concerning legal suppressor ownership and some people were helped out. Which is a win no matter how you look at it, Im sure had the thread been left unlocked people would get off the subject and ask questions on GLOCKS as good suppressor hosts. HOWEVER, if everyone did what I did the forum would be a mess so the mods were correct to do what they did....of course moving it would have sufficed instead of locking it but I digress.

In any case, this is now in the CORRECT location and I will repost my pictures. I had 1000views the 1st day in the other thread...lets see what happens.

  2. I'm not a fan of AAC, but it looks like they make a nice can!

Yeah, the quality was/is always there. I just wish they would work on their civilian customer relations.

Not exactly "was always there",,,,,,, but they have met the challenge in the last couple years for sure.

And +1 on the "CS" or lack of GAF from them

  5. They have long wait times, if they had great customer service then I would have to wait even longer. Be careful of what you wish for.

Keep in mind that a manuf. who has great warranty service might be because they are so used to fixing a crappy product.

I would rather deal with a company that does not know how to fix a broken product because they do not break.

Really? Really....come on...lol. Silencerco has a top of the line product and great customer service but using your logic that still puts AAC ahead of Silencerco.....hmmmm not seein it.

Very nice. What kind of barrel are you running? I'm considering either a ti-rant for my g19 or something for my acr as my first suppressor.

    OP:

I hope you don't mind if I hijack this real quick...

My SBR is in the process of being completed. I am looking at supressors right now. Currently the setup I'm looking at is the KAC QDSS supressor. I am also considering AAC and/or Gemtech. Also I will be getting one for my MK12. The current setup for that is the OPs Inc 12th model supressor.

Seeing as how I don't currently own one, what would you recommendation be?

    I appreciate your help.

The SBR will be a MK18 MOD0...10.3 inch 5.56 MM. The MK12 is an 18 inch 5.56 MM barrel.

I'm running a m42000 on my mk18 mod0 and it runs great. The kac is a solid choice but a tad louder than the m42000 but has a deeper tone. Find the best deal out of those two and go for it. Check out my YouTube videos for that can in action.

    Looks good Fireman!

I'm currently waiting on my first suppressor(Silencerco Sparrow). I ordered the new model so it's going to be a while.:crying:
