I love my Gen 3 model 32 and have been contemplating picking up a Gen 4 model 31. The only Gen 4s I've seen on line are with the 10 round magazines which I assume are for the states limiting magazine size. Why no 15 rounders? I know I could get the 10 round guns and just buy 15 round magazines but that just seems to be a waste of money.
  2. I think it's just because that's just because the 10-rounders are less popular, so that's all many dealers can get (or have left). I do see them pop up on a regular basis - they just don't stay around for long.

After handling a Gen 4 G17 and G22 the other day, I can see why.

They were very nice!! Much better in my hand ( and Nancy's) than the Gen 3
    G31 we just sold.

Thumbs Up for the Gen 4s!
  4. I ordered four gen4 31s last month, my dealer gave me no ETA.

    Any update?

Do you also have a Gen 4 G32? How is it running for you?

    Poohgyrr trout fear me!

I was just looking at a Gen 4 G31, handles well & feels better than Gen 3's. Haven't shot one yet, but I've heard good things about them.
  7. got my four gen4 Glock 31s at the end of May. Ordered early February.

So far I've only run three of them through at least 500 rounds each. One I have over 1500 rds through it and six ejected brass casings to the forehead. Seems to only happen during fast/rapid fire. But other than that, it seems good to go. I ripped off the Glock night sights, threw on some Ameriglos and a TLR-1, ran a couple hundred JHPs through and it is now on duty. I did not use the medium or large grip, stock small grip (cuz some moron lost the pin, but I wasn't planning on using the other grips anyway).

Still haven't gotten around to opening the last one yet.
