First of all, I'm not sure if this is in the right forum, please move it not. So I had my snowboard on Craigslist asking $250 and I have a guy interested in trading for a G23 gen 3, I add $100. I haven't seen the gun yet until tomorrow, but he says it is in great condition. He also says he is a local cop and uses this gun for home defense and occasional off duty carry. Assuming all this is true and the gun is in great condition, would this be a good deal? Also he says he bought the gun new last year.

That seems to be pretty fair as long as you are interested in a 23!:dunno:

I have been contemplating getting either the G19 or G23. I would probably get the conversion barrel, ejector and extractor to covert it and have them interchangeable.

So let me get this straight.....you have your snowboard listed for $250. You have someone interested in giving you a Glock 23 + $100 for it?? I would say that is a GREAT deal!!......or do you have to put up the $100?

Yea, I was going to say, sounds too good to be true!! I say go for it. Like you said, you can convert it to 9mm and have two guns in one. And the price is right!!

That would be a smokin' deal.

A clean Gen 3 G23 is worth more than 350 all day long

Trading a snowboard for a Glock is a no brainer IMO

I would do it. The 19/23 is the best all around size Glock!
