Gamo Customer No Service

    I have tried, but to no avail. I call they're number and am always sent to voice mail, no one calls back. I send them an email, no response. I will throw rocks before I ever buy another Gamo product and will tell any one that will listen.

    Right after I posted this message I received an email from Gamo. They said they couldn't send me the part unless I was a licensed and insured Gamo dealer. So far every dealer I have called won't order the parts. SOL

    That is one of the largest complaints about Gamo. They refuse to sell parts for their products. About the only way to get a Gamo repaired with original parts is to send it back to them. If they discover any modifications, they will not do any repairs.
