I have been to all of the sites that say they can date my 36 and they have ERROR messages or working on site. My G36
I purchased used and is in 98% shape. No box so no fired casings to check the date. Can anyone advise year made?? SN GDL 3XX. Thanks in advance as I am sure everyone gets tired of dating glocks on forum. Jim:crying:

i think alot of folks call Glock to get them dated.

there is a serial number thread that shows serial numbers with dates that folks have PM'd their info. might want to look there to get an idea, but it is best to call Glock to get an exact "born on" date.

I was surprised at how easy the recoil is for a 23.2 ounce 45 when I first got mine. That was August 2002. :wavey:

Took her to range today and had three mags ftf or extract. Remembered this forum someplace warned about limp wrist. Put a death grip on her and never had a problem after that. Recoil VERY easy for a .45 gun of this size. Very accurate and after running out of time with 70 rounds down range had to leave. Am glad I bought this jewel fits had very well. I have had 17's, 19's and a 21 before this gem and glocks rule!! She is the only Glock I now have and am sure she will give me years of pleasure and protection. A super carry gun 6 plus 1 is enough with a .45. Thanks, will call Glock this week sometime and see when made. Jim
