I couldn't imagine stuffing a TLR epuiped G19 in the waist but if that's really what you want there are options. The big three are raven concealment, secret city weaponeers, and Cane and Derby. They all make a simlar style pankake kydex holster that is convertable from OWB to IWB. Also, if you really feel you need a light for a ccw weapon, a crimson trace lightguard would be a smaller option. I would never carry a weapon mounted light for ccw. When you step out into the moonlight/streetlight the light won't be as bright as it is in complete darkness. It's noticably bright but it loses it's value amongst light pollution. An EDC handheld white light is perfectly fine for CCW.
